William Whitaker and wife, Betsy Ann Trammell
I'm trying to find a record, listing the children born to William Whitaker & Betsy Trammell. My g-grandmother, their daughter, Willie Ann Whitaker was born 9/7/1865, and married William Taylor Arnold, but her last name is listed in the Saline County marriage records erroneously, as Whitsdie, and Whiteside, married, 11/01/1888. Anyone have any information on this family that would help me this error?

Murder of Isaac Vancil
I am researching Ambrose C. Spencer (1812-1878). He unsuccessfully tried to prosecute Pleasent G. Veach, Francis M. Gray, Samuel Gassett, jesse Cavens, William Samson, Samuel Sweet, Jonas G. Ellett, and John Rich in Franklin, Illinois in December 1872 for the murder of Isaac Vancil in Blairsville, Illinois. Spencer also apparently tried to prosecute them in Federal court in Springfield, Illinois in 1872 under an anti Ku Klux Klan act. In 1873, the defendants successfully had Spencer tried and jailed for false imprisonment.

Any help in these matter will be appreciated. Thank you.

Dungey/Lane/Meharg-Giles Co., TN>Williamson Co.IL-
Charles and Nancy (Lane) Dungey migrated to Williamson Co., IL circa 1850 from Giles Co., TN. Many of their descendents are still in the Marion, IL area today. I am trying to find info on a daughter, Irena, who married Benjamin E. MAHARG. This couple supposedly moved to Williamson Co., IL along with the rest of the family. I would like to correspond with anyone connected to the Dungeys or Lanes, who also had members relocate to Williamson Co., as well as any MAHARG descendents.

abt 1900-a business named "Annie Koons Art Studio"
My great great grandparents were John Henry Koons and Nancy Anna (Pike) Koons. We have a lot of professionally taken photographs of this family with a photographers mark on the back that reads: Annie Koons Art Studio, Lake Creek Illinois"

On the 1900 census, Henry Koons and family were listed as living in Williamson County IL, Lake Creek Township, and their occupation was listed as "photographing" for both Henry & Anna.

I would like to know as much as possible about this business, and the people who ran it - I'm trying to determine if it was indeed owned by my gg grandparents. Thanks for your help!
